Meet Sadie, the newly acquired and trained K-9 for the Fulton County Correctional Facility! Sadie was commissioned as the newest member of the K-9 Unit. She successfully completed approximately 6 weeks of training and is certified for the detection of narcotics, jail contraband and other drugs including marijuana.

Century Linen & Uniform sponsored the training for Sadie and her officer, Deputy Van Alstyne. Century President Richard Smith noted that he donated in part to follow in his father's footsteps who was a founding donor to the Gloversville Police Department's K-9 unit over 40 years ago.

Century Linen & Uniform is again supporting the 2017 Red, White & Blue Party on June 23, 2017. The event last year raised over $118,000. Funds raised will make it possible for ACS to continue to provide lifesaving patient services and fund ground breaking research.

Come dressed in your favorite red, white and/or blue “Saratoga Summer” attire as we honor two inspirational individuals who have been impacted by our mission.  We will be presenting our Hero of Hope Award to the Villa Family in honor of John Villa.  John is a local veteran who recently passed away after a short battle with pancreatic cancer.  In addition we will be giving The Rising Star Award to Robert Belizzi, a young professional who not only has been impacted by cancer but who has used his passion to help eradicate this disease. Our donation budget has been allocated through: September 30, 2017

We cannot accept requests for events or causes before this date. Many requestors submit many months in advance and our committee allocates approved requests on a monthly basis.
